How to remove grease and clean your kitchen

General Cleaning:

1. Dilute 20ml of detergent per 5 litre of hot water.
2. Mop, wipe or spray surface. Rinse with clean water.

Heavy Soiling and Grease:

1. Dilute 100ml of detergent per 5 litre of hot water.
2. Mop, wipe or spray surface. Rinse with clean water.

Cleaning Deep Fat Fryers:

1. Switch off, drain out oil and remove oil deposits.
2. Dilute 400ml per 10 litre of cold water in fryer.
3. Submerge basket and utensils in solution and soak overnight.
4. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
