Jangro Heavy Duty Cleaner Odourless 5L

Powerful, effective heavy duty cleaner for cleaning hard surfaces including floors, walls, equipment, utensils and other kitchen surfaces.

The improved formula Jangro Heavy Duty Cleaner is an all purpose, odourless and a non-tainting cleaner is quick acting, effectively removing grease and heavily ingrained soilage.

The Heavy Duty Cleaner is unperfumed and is suitable for use in hospitals, schools, kitchens, catering establishments, food processing areas, hotels and restaurants and wherever perfumed cleaners are not acceptable.

Pack size: 5 litre, Odour: Odourless, pH: Undiluted 12.5-13.6.

How to use Heavy Duty Cleaner to Clean and Degrease

General Cleaning: Spray Cleaning:
Dilute 15ml per 600ml of warm water (1:40).

Heavy Soiling:
Dilute 250ml per 5 litres warm water (1:20). Mop or wipe surface.

Floors:

1. Brush the floor to remove all loose dirt
2. Apply solution at the required dilution with a mop and allow this solution to work in the dirt for 5 minutes.
3. With clean hot water rinse off the solution and allow to dry. Can be applied with a hand spray for speed.

Deep fat fryer:

1. Drain old oil and remove any sediment
2. Fill the fryer with a dilution of 1:20. Warm the solution but do not boil and leave for 15 minutes.
3. Drain the cleaning solution, rinse twice with clean water and wipe the fryer dry.
4. Do not refill the fryer with new oil until it is completely dry.
